I’m so glad you are here!

Lynchburg, Virginia is my current home. I love the close knit community I have here, living near the mountains, and seeing people I know almost anywhere around town. LYH is the perfect city for me!

I live with my amazing husband and cute (but crazy) little kitty, Burt. I have worked in many different fields - event planning, youth camps, cafe hospitality, the circus (more on that another time), and psychology. But working in events truly captured my heart.

I love special events because they require creative and organizational energy, two contrasts I quite uniquely enjoy. They are also centered around togetherness, one of the most satisfying, necessary, and delightful human experiences.

I created Andi Jennings Events Company to exude what is most important when it comes to events: people, presence, and enjoyment. Slowing down to smell the roses really happens here.

I have a comprehensive and elaborate planning process for every event I service. I over communicate, I triple check boxes, I study the event and ensure I am as prepared as possible.

But, every single vendor, venue manager, florist, and service provider is fallible.

Moreover, weather changes, flowers wither, cakes fall, and messes happen.

Things simply don’t always unfold perfectly.

However, I believe the lasting beauty of a special event is getting to…

When you’re working with me, if things go wrong, I will not only look for every possible solution, but most of all I will help you focus on what is most important and what will truly last in your memories -

the real meaning for the event (like getting married, honoring a graduate, or celebrating a new baby) alongside those who love and support you.
